We are always excited to meet new patients! After making your appointment, our team will email you registration forms and more information about our office. When you come in for your first visit, please be sure to bring your dental insurance card and arrive early to fill out your initial paperwork if you have not already done so.
Please bring a list of any medications you are taking. If you need antibiotics prior to dental work, please take them as prescribed. If you are not sure if you need antibiotics, please contact your doctor prior to your visit.
During your first appointment:
- Dr. Blake begins with a comprehensive oral evaluation of all areas of your mouth.
- Our team takes any necessary X-rays.
- Using iTero technology, a 3D digital impression of your teeth is created.
- Intraoral photographs of your teeth and gums are taken.
- Your dental hygiene appointment is scheduled.
- Dr. Blake and his team will develop a treatment plan to help you achieve and maintain a healthy smile.
